  • What is Foodio?

    Foodio is a food ordering platform where you can conviently order from a selection of your favorite restaurants and have your food delivered to you or collect from your local outlet.
  • How does Foodio work?

    It’s simple – choose your favourite restaurant, select the dishes you like, have your order delivered to you or recieve a discount should you wish to go and collect. We keep it as easy as we can for everyone.
  • Can I change my order?

    Foodio’s system is automated meaning that once an order is accepted by restaurant, no further changes can be made.
  • Is my order confirmed?

    Foodio’s system is automated, once an order is placed the restaurant instantly gets all required information about your order. As soon as the restaurant has seen your order and has accepted it, a status “Preparing” is set to an order. You can see the current status of your order in your “Order History” page.
  • How quickly will I receive my order?

    Foodio aim is for you to get your meal piping hot and as quickly as possible therefore we strive to always look for ways to cut down on delivery time, as a prequisite we have set ourselves with an aim to not take longer than 1 hour to deliver your meal, but quite often we deliver much faster.
    (Depends on the preperation time of the meal you ordered, the traffic and how far the delivery address is from your choosen restaurant)
  • Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order if the restaurant has not accepted it yet, as soon as restaurant has confirmed the order no further changes to it cannot be made.
  • How can I pay for my order?

    Foodio offers multiple payment methods, cash upon receival off your order, but many of our customers opt out for our online payment method making lives easier for themselves to avoid the hastle of messing with coins at the time of receiving their order!
  • What is Foodio’s refund policy?

  • I don’t see what I like, can I make a suggestion?
