Refund Policy

The payment is refunded in case of:

  • Order not being submitted to the restaurant caused by LTD „SIA Foodio” system failure
  • Order has not been confirmed yet and therefore has not started to be prepared


Client does not maintain any rights to refund in case of:

  • Client has supplied an incorrect address
  • Client cannot be reached through telefone and/ or has listed an incorrect phone number whilst making the order
  • Client cannot receive the order through fault of his/ her own
